Definitions

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices displayed on the Service are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to change product prices at any time. Any price change will not affect an Order that has already been accepted and confirmed by Us.

Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase using the payment methods available on the Service.

We are not responsible for any additional fees, charges or costs imposed by third-party payment providers, banks or other financial institutions, where applicable.

5. Orders and Acceptance

All Orders are subject to product availability and acceptance by the Company.

Submitting an Order does not automatically guarantee that the Order will be accepted.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel or limit an Order where reasonably necessary, including but not limited to situations where:

The Goods are unavailable or out of stock;
There is an error in the listed price or product information;

6. Shipping and Delivery

We currently provide delivery services within Malaysia only.

Shipping is provided free of charge, unless otherwise stated on the Service.

We aim to deliver Orders within 7 days after the Order has been successfully processed.

Overnight delivery is not available.

We do not currently provide international shipping.

Delivery times may vary due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including courier delays, severe weather, public holidays, operational disruptions or other unforeseen circumstances.

7. Returns, Refunds and Exchanges
